The service
Ms. Number is a reverse phone lookup tool. Community-sourced reports may be incorrect. Do not use Ms. Number as the only source for any decision (legal, financial, employment, safety).
FCRA notice
Ms. Number is not a consumer reporting agency as defined by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). Information provided through Ms. Number may not be used as a factor in determining eligibility for credit, insurance, employment, housing, or any other purpose covered by the FCRA. Using Ms. Number for FCRA-regulated purposes violates these terms and may be illegal.
Public data
Ms. Number aggregates publicly available information about phone numbers, including carrier metadata and community-submitted reports. The phone numbers and associated data on Ms. Number are not private — they represent information voluntarily shared by community members or otherwise publicly available. Number owners who wish to suppress their listing may use the opt-out page.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password safe. You must be 18 or older to use Ms. Number. One account per person — sharing accounts violates these terms.
Payment and refunds
Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled. Cancel anytime from the billing portal — your access continues until the end of the current period. Lifetime plans are non-refundable after 14 days.
Acceptable use
Don't post anything illegal, harassing, libelous, or that you can't legally share. Don't scrape, attack, or reverse-engineer the service. We can remove content and terminate accounts that violate these rules.
Termination
You can delete your account anytime. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms or that pose a risk to the service.
