Common questions
How do I cancel my subscription?
On iOS open Settings, tap your Apple ID, then Subscriptions, and cancel Ms. Number. On Android open Google Play, tap your profile, then Payments and subscriptions, then Subscriptions, and cancel Ms. Number. Web subscribers can cancel from the Account page.
How do I get a refund?
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Refunds for Play Store purchases are handled by Google Play. Web subscribers can request a refund by emailing support@msnumber.app within 14 days of purchase.
Why is my lookup result wrong?
We pull from a mix of public-record and community data. Records can lag carrier changes by 6 to 18 months. Tap the report button on the number's detail screen to correct anything that is clearly wrong, and we will review it.
Is this a credit check?
No. Ms. Number is not a consumer reporting agency and our results are not a consumer report. You may not use the app for credit, employment, housing, or other FCRA-regulated decisions.
How do I remove my own information?
Visit our opt-out page or email opt-out@msnumber.app with the phone number or name you want suppressed.
I lost access to my account
Most of the app works without an account. If you created one and cannot sign in, email support@msnumber.app from the address you signed up with and we will help.
Report abuse
If you believe the service is being misused to harass or stalk someone, email abuse@msnumber.app with details. We investigate every report.
