Your rights

Residents of California (CCPA / CPRA), Vermont, Colorado, Virginia, Connecticut, and the EU/UK (GDPR) have the right to access, correct, port, and delete the personal data we hold about them. You can also ask us to suppress your phone number or name from appearing in search results.

How to make a request

Email opt-out@msnumber.app from the address you would like associated with the request and include the items below. You can also use the form at the bottom of this page.

• The type of request — access, correction, deletion, or suppression.
• The phone number, name, or other identifier you want us to act on.
• The state or country you reside in (so we can apply the right law).
• Any additional context that helps us verify the request.

Verification

To protect against fraudulent requests we may ask for additional information to verify your identity, such as the last four digits of a phone number under your control or confirmation of a code we send to the email on file. We will not use this information for any purpose other than verifying the request.

Timing

We acknowledge requests within 10 business days and complete them within 45 days. If we need more time we will let you know and explain why.

Authorized agents

You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. Please include a signed letter of authorization with the agent's request.
