Truecaller runs on iPhone, but its help page says full caller ID on all incoming calls on iOS 18.2 and later comes with Premium. You also have to switch on Truecaller under Settings, Phone, Call Blocking & Identification. If you do not want to pay, try carrier tools or Hiya.

Setup
Enable all Truecaller switches in iPhone Settings, Phone, Call Blocking & Identification. Truecaller says they can take time to load, and that disabling and re-enabling helps if calls are not identified.
Other options
